For seventeen years I've built and led engineering for others — first across Deloitte, PwC and IBM, then six years driving lending platform modernization at Wells Fargo, and most recently as Global Head of Delivery & Engineering owning a $75M+ portfolio across 1,500+ professionals in seven regions.

At every scale, the same pattern: the mid-market segment gets the worst of both worlds. Enterprises treat them as C-tier accounts. Vendors can't deliver at the standard they need. In the AI era, that gap is widening — not closing.

I started Zenspark Global to change that. The same delivery discipline I ran for billion-dollar banking platforms. The same AI-native governance frameworks I built to grow flagship accounts past $8M while holding 95%+ customer satisfaction. Applied to the companies that deserve that standard but weren't getting it.
